We make every effort to display our products, including colors, sizing, and specifications, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images, descriptions, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by you, or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, including mouthguards, hand wraps, and any apparel or protective gear that has been worn, washed, or used in training. Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Assumption of Risk and Proper Use of Equipment

Our products are intended for use in martial arts, combat sports, and physical training, which involve inherent risks of serious injury. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept those risks. You are solely responsible for inspecting all equipment before each use, using it only for its intended purpose, replacing worn or damaged gear, and following proper training practices and supervision.

Our products do not eliminate the risk of injury and are not a substitute for proper technique, conditioning, supervision, or medical advice. We are not responsible for injuries arising from the use, misuse, improper fit, or normal wear of our products.
